Nehariika Kakkar

Nehariika Kakkar serves as a Strategy and Operations Fellow at Prelude, where she supports strategic planning, operational design, growth, and cross-functional initiatives to advance the organization’s mission.

Prior to joining Prelude, Nehariika spent most of her career at Bain & Company as a management consultant. Her work included outside-in growth strategy, customer affordability, and organizational redesign engagements across industries such as utilities, retail, healthcare, logistics, and private equity.

In addition to her consulting experience, Nehariika served as an Associate Strategy Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she supported the Maternal and Newborn Child Health team's strategic initiatives and health equity priorities.

Nehariika is an incoming MBA candidate in the Class of 2028 at Stanford's Graduate School of Business. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with a minor in Statistics and Data Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
